OSHA Sees Spike in Whistleblower Complaints

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has received approximately 4,100 whistleblower complaints – an increase of more than 30 percent over the same period, last year. It has been reported that many of these complaints have come from workers claiming they have faced retaliation for reporting unsafe working conditions during this period.
