
Federal Contractor Vets-4212 Due September 30
Contractors and subcontractors must submit an annual report on their affirmative action efforts in hiring veterans if they engage into or modify a contract or subcontract with the federal government and the contract satisfies the requirements outlined in 38 U.S. Code Section 4212 codified at 41 CFR 61-300. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs uses the data provided on the VETS-4212 form to assess compliance.
Note: The VETS-4212 Report should be filed if a contractor or subcontractor has a current federal government contract for $150,000 and above.
