Federal Contractor Employees – Vaccination Requirement

In a release on November 10, 2021, The Safer Federal Workforce Task Force announced that covered federal contractor employees are required to be fully vaccinated by Jan. 18, 2022.

In order to meet the deadline, contracted employees must receive their first Johnson & Johnson shot or have received their second dose of the Moderna/Pfizer vaccine by January 4, 2022.

This requirement is not affected by the recent 5th Circuit’s block of the emergency temporary standard.
